Vesta Street, Sutherland

This project involved designing a new bathroom that flowed coherently from the rest of the (already renovated) villa. Our client had a hands on approach, wanting to do the bulk of the sourcing but have our team there as a sounding board. She couldn’t visualise the space or what size mirror to have, so simple elevations were provided to help her work through the different options. We helped guide her choices of vanity, tiles and fittings, making sure this bathroom functioned and presented well. We also supplied her trades with all necessary documentation so nothing was overlooked and everybody was always on the same page.

Simple things like mirror heights, mixer placements and tile set outs can be determined prior to trades getting on site. This ensures that trades are not making wrong assumptions and getting it wrong. We love knowing that trades have what they need to get the best possible outcome.
