Gorada Avenue, Kirrawee

Hilary Winder Design had the privilege of doing all of the interior design for two brand-new duplex's in Kirrawee.  The brief from our client was to echo “Coastal vibes”. 

 

The project involved a comprehensive set of joinery drawings and all necessary documentation for builders and tradesmen working on the project to hit the ground running. Keeping within budget was essential, as interest rates were on the rise and building costs increasing exponentially.

Our team was able to propose many cost saving solutions. We proposed a number of creative building solutions as well as using cost effective materials. This ensured a bespoke design evolved which had authenticity and character.
